Service Cancellation

As we provide professional wardrobe color coordination services, cancellation policies apply to scheduled consultations and service appointments.

Cancellation Timeframe

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• Full refunds are available for services cancelled at least 48 hours in advance
• Partial refunds may be available for services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
• Completed services are generally non-refundable unless there is a significant service failure

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service package or schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable requests.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and work to resolve any issues.
